Hundreds of Original Projects for Employment (HOPE’87) is an Austrian NGO working in Pakistan and duly registered with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Government of Pakistan, vide MOU # 4/86/2016-PE-III.

HOPE'87 invites qualified and experienced female photographers/videographers to submit quotations for the provision of photography and videography services under the BeST: Beyond Survival – Transforming the Power of Communities project.

Interested bidders are welcome to submit quotations , depending on their qualifications, experience, and capacity.

 The detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs), including the scope of work, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and quotation submission requirements, are attached for your review.

 Kindly submit your quotation and updated CV, along with experience certificates, no later than 20 August 2026, 5:00 PM (PST), via email to [email protected] or by hand/courier to the address mentioned in the ToRs. Proposals received after the due date will not be considered.

HOPE’87 will not be obliged to provide reasons for rejection or any other documents associated with the bid.
